RETURN POLICY
For Warranty parts service, If your COOS BAY Outdoors purchase has a manufacturing defect(s) in the materials and/or workmanship please visit our warranty page.  
For warranties or returns, please do NOT ship your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting COOS BAY Outdoors consumer support first at service@coosbayoutdoors.com. Our consumer support will determine whether shipping the product back is required or not.
 
The COOS BAY Outdoors Consumer Promise 
If you are not completely satisfied with your COOS BAY Outdoors purchase, we will make it right.
  • First, contact COOS BAY Outdoors consumer support at service@coosbayoutdoors.com.  Please do NOT ship your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first because we'll determine whether shipping the product back is required or not.
  • You can return your product for a replacement or refund within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Note, Gift Cards if offered are not returnable.
  • COOS BAY Outdoors consumer promise doesn't cover damage caused by improper use, naturally caused accidents, or ordinary normal wear and tear. 
Returns
Our policy lasts thirty (30) days. If thirty (30) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  If you do not have proof of purchase please still email or call and we will work to help you. 
Shipping your Return
After contacting COOS BAY Outdoors consumer service to confirm your product return, you should mail your product to the designated address provided to you by customer service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
